Mammaw Haun’s Sausage Casserole

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 lb sausage, browned and drained
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (remember to wash packaged shredded cheese)
  • 1 Sweet Loren’s Refrigerated Puff Pastries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Layer browned sausage in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread sour cream evenly over the sausage.
  4. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with Puff Pastry dough.
  6. Bake according to crescent roll package directions (about 15 minutes) until golden brown.
